    The Bad: ATM fees are kind of ridiculous, especially when the only ATM in they have in the area is down and you're forced to use another bank's ATM. Online banking is horrendous. Nothing but problems trying to login, there is no easy way to rest/retrieve usernames or passwords. The Good: I have 2 loans with the bank and I have to say they have great rates and they are easy to work with opening loans, the loan staff is helpful.

    I had a equipment leasing agreement and I had concern about it. So I made an appointment with Roy Claps to read my lease agreement with other document. It was only three pages agreement. He was obsulately horrible lawyer. He took his time, he made all kind of conversation accept reading my lease agreement. I was keep telling him I really don't have time please read my agreement but he was keep looking my leasing terms, APR percantage from his little book, also I said to him I calculated everything and it is fine with me but he was still continuing with all these junks instead reading my lease. After he completed his first half an hour finally he looked at my lease and said couple things about but naot really interpreting in. It was nightmare. No more...... Also he did not even spend one hour with me he charged full fee. I am not going to use him anymore for ant reason. He is terrible....... Not professional..........Sher

    Bad experience with customer service, specially the representative that speaks spanish, several times i have needed help and every time she has been socializing and having conversations that are not appropiate to have specially when other customers are around and dont you dare asking for help in the middle of her conversations. when i try to speak to someone else about it they defended her saying thats their policy have that intimacy with their customers one thing is to make them feel comfortable another is not have an ounce of professionalism. very dissapointed to see people that work in customer service act like that to the people that know have no other choice than to go to them. horrible horrible
