- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆The Bad: ATM fees are kind of ridiculous, especially when the only ATM in they have in the area is down and you're forced to use another bank's ATM. Online banking is horrendous. Nothing but problems trying to login, there is no easy way to rest/retrieve usernames or passwords. The Good: I have 2 loans with the bank and I have to say they have great rates and they are easy to work with opening loans, the loan staff is helpful.By Joe I, January 27, 2018
